Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Supply 

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions (the "Terms") on which Music Mania Events ("We") supply any of the products (the "Products") listed on our website ("Our Site") to you.  Please read these Terms carefully before ordering any Products from Our Site.  You should understand that by ordering any of our Products you agree to be bound by these Terms 

How the Contract is formed between you and us

Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product.  All orders are subject to acceptance by us. The contract between us (the "Contract") will only be formed when we receive clear payment.  We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company. 

Refunds, cancellation, rescheduling of Events

Purchased Tickets cannot be refunded unless:

(a) an Event is cancelled;
(b) an Event is moved to another date and you decide not to retain your Booking for the rescheduled Event; or
(c) details of an Event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of venue in a completely different area) .

Only the purchase price of the Ticket will be refunded if (a), (b) or (c) occurs. Ticket booking fees, postage and paypal charges are non-refundable.
If an Event is cancelled, rescheduled, or the details are significantly changed we will contact you as soon as possible by email using the details you have supplied. If you do not receive this notification because you have not updated the email address that we hold in your account, we cannot be held liable.

If an Event is cancelled, we will refund the purchase price of your Ticket.

If the Event is to be rescheduled (as set out in (b) above), or the details significantly changed (as set out in (c) above), we will offer you the choice of retaining your Booking for the rescheduled or changed Event, or obtaining a refund of the purchase price of the Ticket.

If you wish to receive a refund you must notify us of your choice as soon as possible, and no more than seven days from when we informed you of the changes. If however we have only notified you in the 48 hours preceding the Event, you must notify us as soon as possible, and no later than 3pm on the day of the Event. If we have only notified you on the day of the Event, you must notify us as soon as possible, and no later than the opening time of the Event.

If you don't notify us that you wish to obtain a refund, or you do not notify us within the times set out above, you will be deemed to have chosen to retain your Booking and you will not be entitled to a refund.

If an Event is moved to another date (as set out in (b) above) or the details are significantly changed (as set out in (c) above) and you decide to retain your Booking, you shall not be entitled to any refund of the purchase price of the Ticket, or the booking fee or to any other compensation whatsoever.

Availability and Delivery 

Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery. Delivery normally takes place within five - ten working days from cleared payment, [subject to the performance of the courier] but please allow 28 days for delivery outside the UK.  Occasionally a delivery date may be postponed.  This may occur for various reasons. We will keep you informed if a postponement is necessary and discuss revised timescales with you.  We are not liable for any charges you may incur due to delayed or cancelled deliveries.

Should an event be sold out between the time of placing your order and Music Mania Events fulfilling your order, we will contact you via email and refund your Paypal account in full.

Time of delivery of a Product is not of the essence.

Risk and Title

The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when We receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

Price and Payment

The price of any Products will be as quoted on Our Site, except in cases of obvious error. 

These prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due as indicated at the relevant stage of the check out process on Our Site. 

Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already made.

Payment for all Products must be by Paypal. 

 Booking Fee & Processing

When you are booking with us we will always be sure to give you a clear breakdown of exactly what charges are involved.  The total you pay to receive your tickets is made up of:

 

  • The face value of each ticket
  • Booking Fee
  • Order Processing

 We know no one likes to pay extra costs, so we do everything we can to keep our fees as low as we can, while still being able to offer you the best possible service.

 Face Value: This is the base cost of your ticket which is based on the costs involved in presenting the event.

 Booking Fee: These charges help us to cover the costs involved in running our website and booking line there are all kinds of things going on in the background to keep the coggs turning.  The charge may vary dependant on the venue based on the costs involved in organising the tickets.

 Order Processing: This one charge for the entire order and covers the cost of processing the booking from beginning to end.  This means processing your payment through a secure gateway and delivering your tickets, whether that is by post, collection or on-line ticket provider

 Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product you purchased.

This does not include or limit in any way our liability:

for death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;

for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.

We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of data or waste of management or office time however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

Import Duty

If you order Products from Our Site for delivery outside the United Kingdom they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.  You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.  Please note that We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.  Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined.  We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Written Communications

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications We send to you should be in writing.  When using Our Site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic.  We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website.  For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that We provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.  This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Notices

All notices given by you to us must be given to Music Mania Events at musicmaniaevents@live.co.uk. We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order.  Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on Our Site, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter.  In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.

Transfer of Rights and Obligations         

The Contract between you and us is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns. 

You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent. 

We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the Contract.

Events outside our Control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (a "Force Majeure Event"). 

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;

civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;

fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;

impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;

impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; or

the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and We will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.  We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Intellectual Property Rights

For the purposes of this clause, "Intellectual Property Rights" means all patents, rights to inventions, utility models, copyright and related rights, trade marks, service marks, trade, business and domain names, rights in trade dress or get-up, rights in goodwill or to sue for passing off, unfair competition rights, rights in designs, rights in computer software, database right, topography rights, moral rights, rights in confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets) and any other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications for and renewals or extensions of such rights, and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection in any part of the world.

All Intellectual Property Rights and all other rights in the Products are the property of and vest in Music Mania Events. 

You acknowledge that you have no rights to or in the Intellectual Property Rights and hereby undertake to agree not to make copies of the Products or use the Products for any reason other than their intended use.

 Waiver

If We fail, at any time during the term of a Contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these Terms, or if We fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which We are entitled under the Contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.

A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.

No waiver by us of any of these Terms shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing in accordance with clause 12 above.

Severability

If any of these Terms or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire agreement

These Terms and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement between us in relation to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.

We each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, neither of us has relied on any representation, undertaking or promise given by the other or be implied from anything said or written in negotiations between us prior to such Contract except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other, whether orally or in writing, prior to the date of any Contract (unless such untrue statement was made fraudulently) and the other party's only remedy shall be for breach of contract as provided in these Terms.

Our right to vary these Terms

We have the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities. 

You will be subject to the policies and Terms in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these Terms is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you)

Third party rights

A person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the United Kingdom Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.

Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts for the purchase of Products through Our Site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law.  Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

MUSIC MANIA FESTIVAL WEEKEND TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

All camping tickets must be booked in advance 

There is no electric hook up points on site

GENERAL

a) These Terms and conditions (T&Cs) incorporate, and should be read together with, any Vendor’s and/or Agent’s T&Cs or regulations, which you can obtain from the point of purchase from the Official Agent

b) Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change

c) No trading  allowed within the venue without MUSIC MANIA'S prior consent.

d) Goods using unauthorised event logos and unauthorised professional recording equipment must be surrendered to staff.

e) Do not buy tickets or goods from unlawful street traders/touts. They are invalid.

f) You give your express consent to your actual/ simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any audio or visual recording to be used in any media for any purpose at any time. This includes filming by the police or security staff which may be carried out for the security of customers and/or the prevention of crime.

g) No unauthorised buses, coaches or trucks will be allowed on site.

 

REFUNDS

a) Refunds are only considered on major cancellation, substantial alteration or by special exception determined by MM

b) Refunds should be obtained from the point of purchase, no later than 3 months after the event.

c) Only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

d) Booking fees per ticket are non-refundable.

 

AGE POLICY

a) No unaccompanied under 18’s are allowed on site.

b) Under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult (18 and over).

c) Under 13’s (12 yrs and under) are admitted free, but must be accompanied by a paying adult (18 and over) ticket-holder, maximum 3 per adult.

 

TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS

a) Tickets are non-transferable and only valid when purchased from official agents of MM.

b) Tickets/wristbands purchased from unauthorised sources will be rendered invalid and refused admission.

c) Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband on first entry at a wristband exchange as only weekend wristband holders are permitted in the camping areas.

d) Tickets must be valid, presented in full, with stubs and not tampered with (in the event of accidental damage, refer to point of purchase prior to event). Tickets remain the property of MUSIC MANIA.

e) MM will not issue duplicates for lost or stolen tickets or wristbands.  

f) Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, without the prior written consent of MM.

g) The ticket holder is responsible for their tickets until it is exchanged for a wristband and then responsible for their wristband for the duration of the event. 

h) All wristbands remain the property of MM until 12 Noon the day after the last day of the event.

 

SECURITY

a) MM reserves the right to evict a customer without refund, and/or refuse admission. 

b) You may be body/bag searched at the entrances, on the site or when leaving.

c) Any item(s), reasonably considered for use as a weapon, which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person, must be surrendered to staff.

d) Any person carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity will be given to the Police and refused entry. Please see confiscation/surrender policy.

e) Anti-social behaviour may lead to eviction. Please act responsibly.

 

f) Throwing gas, aerosol or similar canisters/containers on to fires is extremely dangerous and will lead to eviction.

DAMAGE/LOSSES

MM is unable to accept any liability for personal or property damages, losses (including surrendered items) or injuries sustained at this event - other than caused as a result of our negligence.

BANNED ITEMS

a) Banned from event - Gas canisters, disposable BBQ's, aerosols over 250ml, airhorns, fireworks, flares, glass, illegal substances, drugs, ‘legal highs’ – this includes Nitrous Oxide, laser equipment/pens, megaphones, nitrous oxide, sky or ‘chinese’ lanterns, sound systems, spray cans, tabards/high viz jackets.

 Banned from arena - Cans, disposable BBQs, campsite stoves, glass, umbrellas, large and open drinks bottles (100ml sealed plastic water bottles are permitted).

c) Generators with the exception of fixed in campervans.

d) Excessive amounts of food, cigarettes and alcohol. Only bring enough for personal consumption in the camping area only.

e) Anyone resisting the surrender of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction.

f) Under 18’s are not permitted to bring alcohol or to purchase alcohol on site.

g) It is illegal for an over 18 to purchase alcohol on the behalf of under 18s.

 

FIRE AND SAFETY

a) Fires are not permitted anywhere on the event site.

b) The burning of plastics, bedding, tents, furniture etc is not permitted anywhere on site.

c) Smoking is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings including Arena Marquees. This includes e cigs.

d) Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing.

e) Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting/special effects may take place during some performances.

f) The use of Drones or similar equipment for any reason is prohibited on or near the event.

 

HOUSEKEEPING

a) Please use the bins and recycling points provided on site.

b) No animals, other than registered guide or hearing dogs, are permitted on site.

   

MUSIC MANIA DAY TICKET & NON CAMPING TERMS & CONDITIONS.

No access to the campsites.

DAY/NON CAMPING TICKETS

a) Day Ticket/wristband holders are not permitted to access the campsites and are not permitted to sleep in the carparks.

b) Day Ticket holders may only enter the festival arena on the specific day stated on the ticket.

c) There is no readmission on a Single Day Ticket so once day ticket holders have exchanged their ticket for a wristband, they cannot leave the site and re-enter. Day ticket holders will not be able to leave temporarily to access their cars, or nearby shops etc

d) Day ticket holders should expect queues at the arena entrance. There is a short walk from the car park to the arena so day ticket holders should arrive with plenty of time in advance of the first act that they wish to see – no refunds will be given for acts missed. 

e) 3 individual Day Tickets (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) do not equal a weekend ticket and cannot be swapped or upgraded to include campsite access. The festival campsites are only accessible to weekend ticket holders which must be booked in advance.

SECURITY

a) MM reserves the right to evict a customer without refund, and/or refuse admission. 

b) You may be body/bag searched at the entrances, on the site or when leaving.

c) Any item(s), reasonably considered for use as a weapon, which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person, must be surrendered to staff.

d) Excessive amounts of food and cigarettes. Only bring enough for personal consumption.

e) Anyone resisting the surrender of disallowed items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction.

f) Under 18’s are not permitted to bring alcohol or to purchase alcohol on site.

g) It is illegal for an over 18 to purchase alcohol on the behalf of under 18s.

MUSIC MANIA - CAMPERVAN & CARAVAN TERMS & CONDITIONS

These tickets must be booked in advance.

There is no electric hook up points on site or chemical toilet facilities

 As part of our terms and conditions we do not permit makeshift campervans/caravans on site at our events. Many won’t have sufficient ventilation, water or door separation, and the risk from the gas and fire is an obvious one.

 Music Mania and Department for Transport definition of campervans/caravans -

 1. There must be a door that provides access to the living accommodation.

 2. A bed, which is an integral part of the living quarters which has a minimum length of 1800mm or 6 feet. This can be converted at night from seats used for other purposes during the day but must be permanently fixed within the body of the vehicle.

 3. There must be a water storage tank or container on or in the vehicle.

 4. A seating and dining area, permanently attached to the vehicle. The table may be detachable but must have some permanent means of attachment to the vehicle. It's not good enough to have a loose table.

 5. There must be a permanently fixed means of storage, a cupboard, locker or wardrobe.

 6. There must be a permanently fixed cooking facility within the vehicle powered by gas or electricity.

 7. There must be at least one window on the side of the accommodation

 Access and use of the campervan area is provided subject to the following Music Mania Terms and Conditions

  (T&C’s). Purchasing a permit constitutes your acceptance of these T&C’S

 These T&C’S are in addition to the main ticket T&C’S.

 TICKETS/PASSES

 You will first need to purchase a weekend camping ticket first for every occupant of the campervan or caravan.

 The Campervan Permit is a supplementary pass only, sold per vehicle, which needs to be clearly displayed in the windscreen of your campervan on arrival at the site.

 Tickets for campervan pitches are only available in advance (if available), provided you purchase weekend camping tickets for the Festival at the same time.

 CAMPERVAN FIELD

 Please ensure you read these carefully and abide by the following:

 Trailer tents are permitted.

 There will be limited space for ONE awning to be erected per campervan/caravan.

 There is no electricity hook available.  

 It is illegal to pour waste-water onto the ground, into a sump or into a stream. This will be monitored.

No animals, other than registered guide or hearing dogs, are permitted on site.

 Campervan/Caravan ticket holders must use the toilets provided in the campsite and clubhouse and not pollute streams or hedges.

 Please respect The Country Code at all times.

 CARS AND ARRIVAL 

 A windscreen ticket will be sent to you with your Campervan/Caravan ticket.

 Towing vehicles must remain with the caravans, not parked elsewhere.

 All vehicles other than towing vehicles must be parked in the car parks.

 No other vehicles will be allowed entry into this field; this includes late replacement vehicles in the case of a breakdown.

Vehicles cannot be towed onto the field.

 We do not accept campervans/caravans which have been driven down or sited by nonfestivalgoers.

 FIRE SAFETY

 No vehicles are to be parked in the fire/access lanes at any time.

 The designated campervan/caravan area of the site is the only place where ticket holders can sleep in vehicles.

 We do not permit sleeping in cars and security will ask you to leave the car park.

 We do not permit the use of any cylinder stored outside a gas locker over 7kg.

 Cylinders should be stored in the unit’s gas locker.

 Gas cylinders must always be transported and secured in a vertical position, as lying them down may cause liquid LPG to escape through the valve and become a large volume of combustible gas.

 Generators and gas cylinders over 7kg in gas weight ARE NOT PERMITTED in this field or anywhere else onsite and will be confiscated.

 Open fires are NOT permitted. Gas barbecues can be used in these fields, but they must be at least 3m away from any vehicle or structure.

 GENERAL

 Anyone resisting confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding the conditions set out in the Tickets Terms and Conditions and additionally the Campervan and Caravan conditions will face eviction.

 No trading of any kind is permitted from campervans/caravans.

 No sound systems are to be operated in the campervan/caravan fields to the disturbance of others. Anyone found operating such systems in this way may be liable to eviction.

 Excessive amounts of alcohol, food and cigarettes i.e. more than for personal consumption and any alcohol in the possession of anyone under 18 years of age is not permitted.

 No animals other than guide or hearing dogs are permitted on site.

 The fields must be clear by 12:00PM NOON on the Monday. All remaining vehicles will be removed.

 Your vehicle may be searched on entry to the event site.

 The security staff will check for any items not permitted on site, as specified in the Terms & Conditions on weekend tickets.

Security staff will confiscate any such items and may refuse entry to the site.

The discretion and decision of the security team will be final.

 Conditions of Sale

 "Agent" means the organisation (which may include Us) from whom You have purchased this Ticket.

 "Event" means the event to be held at the Venue in respect of which You have bought this Ticket.

 "Terms" means these terms and conditions.

 "Ticket" means any ticket for You to attend an Event.

 "Venue" means the venue where the Event is held.

 "We" means "Us" and "Our" shall be read accordingly.

 "You" means you as the holder of this Ticket and "Your" shall be read accordingly.

 1. These Terms incorporate, and should be read together with, any Venue’s and/or Agent’s terms, conditions and regulations.

 2. Your possession of this Ticket constitutes Your acceptance of these Terms.

 3. Tickets are personal revocable licences and shall at all times remain Our property and subject to the Terms.

 4. It is Your responsibility to check this Ticket prior to the Event, and contact Us immediately if there is a problem, as mistakes may not be rectified on the day of the Event.

 5. Please contact Us in advance of the Event if You have any specific access requirements.

 6. You must retain this Ticket on Your person at all times during the Event.

 7. It is not always possible to issue duplicate Tickets, and standing Tickets cannot be replaced in any circumstances.

 8. Your Ticket may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced.

 9. We reserve the right, acting reasonably, to provide You with alternative seating at the Event of no less value to that (if any) specified on this Ticket.

 10. Where reasonably necessary, We reserve the right to make alterations to the published Event or programme. Our liability for the cancellation, rescheduling or material change to an Event is limited to the refund set out in condition 11 below.

 11. We will not refund or exchange this Ticket unless the Event is cancelled or re-scheduled or there is a material change to the Event (such that in Our reasonable opinion the Event is materially different to what a purchaser of the Ticket might reasonably have expected when purchasing the Ticket). The use of understudies shall not be a material change. Refunds are equal to the face value of the Ticket and should be obtained from the Agent from whom You purchased the Ticket, subject to their terms and conditions.

 12. If an Event is rescheduled or materially changed You must claim Your refund in good time before the rescheduled or materially changed event takes place, if an Event is cancelled, You must claim Your refund within 3 months from the date of the Event.

 13. Personal arrangements including travel, subsistence and accommodation relating to the Event which have been arranged by You are at Your own risk.

 14. We will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to Your personal belongings, other than caused as a result of Our negligence.

 15. You may not re-sell or transfer this Ticket if in Our reasonable opinion You are doing so in the course of business. We will consider that a Ticket has be re-sold or transferred in the course of business if it is sold for a profit (i.e. for higher than the face value of the Ticket plus the booking or handling fee). Any Ticket sold in the course of business will become voidable and We reserve the right to refuse admission to the holder of the Ticket or eject the holder from the Venue. Void tickets are non refundable

 16. If You have obtained this Ticket in breach of these Terms and/or if You breach any of these Terms then it shall be void, and all rights conferred on You or evidenced by such Ticket shall be void. If You seek to gain entry to an Event using a void Ticket then we reserve the right to eject You from the Event and You may be liable to legal action for trespass. Void tickets are non refundable

 17. We reserve the right to refuse You entry to and/or eject You (without refund) from the Event and/or Venue in reasonable circumstances including without limitation for health and safety, Anti social behaviour or licensing reasons; if You behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the Event; if You use threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms; if in Our reasonable opinion You are acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs; if You fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age; if You breach these Terms; or if Your Ticket is void. 

 18. We reserve the right to conduct security searches from time to time including searches upon exit of the event site and to refuse admission to You, or eject You, from the Event and/or Venue should You refuse to comply with such security searches.

 19. We reserve the right to ask you to surrender any item, which in Our reasonable opinion may cause danger or disruption to any other persons at the Event (including but not limited to) animals; laser pens; glass containers; items which may be regarded as weapons; or illegal substances. A full list of items not permitted on site is available on the official Festival website.

 20. You must comply with any and all instructions given to You by Venue and/or Event staff and stewards.

 21. You shall not use equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital or any other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data inside any Venue or at any Event, and You shall not bring such equipment into any Venue or Event.

 22. You give Your express consent to Your actual or simulated likeness to be included for no fee within any film, photograph, audio and/or audiovisual recording to be exploited in any and all media for any purpose at any time throughout the world. This includes filming by the police or security staff which may be carried out for the security of customers or the prevention of crime

 23. We may prosecute You if You cause damage to the Venue, the Venue infrastructure, or cause harm to any other person at the Event and/or Venue.

 24. You may only leave and re-enter the Venue during the Event at Our discretion and/or that of the Venue management. Otherwise, there will be no re-admission or pass outs of any kind.

 25. We reserve the right to allow audience members to stand in seated areas of the audience.

 26. WARNING: Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing. Please note that pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting or other special effects may take place during some performances.
